HEALTH & SAFETY

HSE Risk Assessments

Basma Construction follow HSE guidelines and always implement the 5 steps of Risk Assessment.

  1. Identify hazards
  2. Decide who may be harmed, and how
  3. Assess risks and take action
  4. Record findings
  5. Constantly review Risk Assessment

Something that we take into account above anything else on our sites is health and safety. It is of great importance to us that our sites are safe and secure for our workers and those around it, and it’s just as important that we leave our clients with a building that meets all regulations. Our workers are trained in-house to the highest standard and have a thorough understanding of all building and health and safety regulations. Our reputation for paying attention to health and safety and taking great care with every project is one of the many reasons why we are trusted time and time again by homeowners and commercial property owners.

Method statements

A work method statement sometimes called a “safe system of work”, is a document that details the way a work task or process is to be completed. Our method statement will outline the hazards involved and include a step by step guide on how we will complete the job safely. Our method statement will detail which control measures have been introduced to ensure the safety of anyone who is affected by the tasks and processes within your construction.
